Remembering Summer 2008

Hey Cool Cats, it’s that time of year to trade in your flip flops and bathing suits for backpacks and books. It’s officially Back to School!

If you haven’t gone back to school already, we’ve got a feeling that you will after Labor Day. Being back in school isn’t as nice as summer – not much is – but you’ll love it once you’re in the swing of things again. You and your friends will be taking new classes, sniggering at the Mystery Meat in the cafeteria, running around and having tons of fun.

In the meantime, why not remember summer 2008 for all the wonderful things that happened?

Here’s what you can do with your friends to make this summer sweet to remember:

  • Make a scrapbook of memories – from movie tickets to photo booth strips.
  • Have a great time shopping for back to school supplies with your best summer buddies.
  • Run through the sprinklers one last time, while the weather is still warm.
  • Have a Labor Day lemonade stand with friends.
  • Go to the pool for another swim.
  • Hang out in HandiLand for a few more hours, while you’re still free in the mornings!

Summer was great, but school is cool too. And just think – now that you’ve got homework and tests and more chores to do – you’ll be earning more points!

    well i never lik when schools bac but the good thing about south carolina is that its warm through out the entire year no snow no nothing
