Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Another James Paw sequel? I’d rather take a nap than spend my time and Bonus Points watching that thing.” Yes, there have been 21 James Paw movies before this and yes, this one has pretty much the same format: James Paw looking handsome, a group of beautiful kitties who instantly fall for the cat in black, awesome car chases, really cool gadgets…
So, I fail to see the problem. If something has worked for 21 movies, why change it? There are a lot of beautiful and artistic movies out there — movies with great heroes or movies that tell an amazing, memorable story. This is not one of those movies. And I think that’s key: knowing what to expect when you go into the theater.
If you’re expecting art, you’re in the wrong movie. If, on the other hand, it’s an action sequence that will keep you on the edge of your seat… now we’re talking. Not to mention, of course, that technology has evolved so much since the last James Paw movie, that the effects and computer generated stuff in this one, as well as the sound and video quality, are out of this world.
If you’re craving the latest in action, point your eyes to the magnificence that is James Paw’s latest offering.
