Just when you thought you were done reading all the excellent picturebooks in the Library, HandiLand throws a surprise your way! Check out the shelves for another installment of Sitting Pretty that will leave you wondering until the very end.
If some of your friends haven’t found the library yet, ask them to follow you over. Today’s tip is simple – keep checking back for more because you never know when the Cool Cats at the Library will get new books in.

We’ve got a very good place for you Cool Cats to hang out: Buzz McFarland’s house! This Cool cat has decked his place out in spectacular fashion.
He’s got a lot of stuff – sure – but he has created the ultimate party pad in the process. Just look at his technique of gathering chairs and sofas around a table. If that doesn’t make you want to stick around for a chat or a sit, we don’t know what will!
When you’re decorating your own houses, try to imagine what would be a cool way to set up your space for other Cats to enjoy. Buzz McFarland has totally done this with his living room set-up. Even though it doesn’t match, it doesn’t have to. Friendliness goes a long, long way.

House Hunt: Peps

What a dreamy place to spend an afternoon for a drowsy nap! Peps has set up a wonderful space for dreaming, sleeping and hanging out.
The sound of water is exceptionally relaxing – who wouldn’t want to sleep with beautiful blue waterfall next to their bed?
Here, Peps has set up a tranquil little place that any Cool Cat would be proud to call home. Peps’ secret is not in having a bunch of stuff or buying everything in the catalog. The secret here is in putting two objects together in a surprising way.
A waterfall next to the bed is brilliant! Not only does it use a new item from the Jungle collection, but it instantly calms us down. Just think about it: a babbling brook by your pillow!
Not only that, but it’s a great thing to have if you ever get thirsty in the middle of the night!

Sometimes we just want to geek out over our favorite costumes. Now, here at The Catwalk, we want to let slip that the current clothing catalog, Fairy Tales, is going to go away in about a week or so.
So, grab up those favorite Fairy Tale costumes soon! Here, we’re giving props to socks722 for putting together perhaps our favorite Fairy Tale costume ever. Huzza for the Little Mermaid!

Who do you want to have a pajama party with? Our bet is on Rayana! Here, she matches her cute pink pajamas with her adorable hair and make-up. The red bows in her pigtails match the red of the popcorn box.
She’s using the background that matches the costume and most of the costume, but she’s put her own spin on it. By keeping it simple and adding a few accessories to your favorite costume, you can make a Cool Cat image that makes other Cool Cats want to come to your house, pop come popcorn and chill!

Alright cats and kittens, I’ve got a mystery for you. I was walking around HandiLand in a place I’d never been before. All of a sudden, I came upon a statue where I wasn’t expecting one. You know how those statues are! You walk a street your whole life without realizing there’s one right beside you. Well, I walked closer to it and it said “Timmy Applesprout” beneath it.
Hold on to your fingers and toes because this has never happened before: I’m stumped!
Has anybody heard of Timmy Applesprout?
Has anybody done any research into the history of HandiLand?
Cats and kittens, I’m going to the library to try and find out. In the meantime, leave your thoughts here. For once, I’m the one who has to get a clue! Better yet… who’s found Timmy Applesprout’s statue too?
